About Launcher:

In chapter Creature you can spawn absolutely any mobs in the place where you want.
In order to use the teleport, you need to go to the section Teleport, the teleport function will allow you to move to the given coordinates. If you tap on the button house, then you will be transported to the first house that you built.

Instructions for using the launcher MCPE Master
After installation, you will have a shortcut for MCPE Master - click on it. The launcher will open directly. The main menu will contain several tabs with game content: Maps, Skins, Textures, Seeds and Mods. In the Basic Modification tab, you can configure the parameters of any World, such as the game mode, time, as well as teleport by coordinates, change the contents of your inventory, and edit the number or type of creatures. Press the Joystick to start the game.
