Where to go if the bill was paid through a mobile payment (for example, Qiwi wallet), but the payment did not go through, and the money was withdrawn? What to do if the receipt has not been saved?

First of all, you need to make sure that the funds have not been received by JSC Petroelectrosbyt - in some cases, the process of transferring them can take a long time. You can clarify this information in the Client Hall, by calling the Contact Center 679-22-22 or by submitting the appropriate application (in person, by mail, by e-mail or via the company’s website on the Internet).

If the money has not been received, you should contact the organization through which the payment was made directly. As a rule, the procedure for dealing with such situations is posted on the official website of the relevant company or in another publicly accessible place.

At the same time, in order to avoid the formation of arrears in payment for electricity and the accrual of penalties, it is recommended to make the payment again using another available method. If a “lost” payment is received in the future, the funds will be taken into account in full in subsequent calculations.

Paying for electricity is a monthly responsibility for every person, which happens after an electronic or regular receipt arrives. There are those who make payments the old way, that is, by visiting a savings bank at the post office or in a bank window, as well as a utility service center, but modern Internet technologies have allowed people to carry out this process much easier, faster and without problems.

Convenient payment for electricity using a personal account via the Internet

Depending on which housing and communal services the apartment or house belongs to, which can be viewed by address, you can select the official website of the company providing such services.

You can pay in:

  • Tomskenergosbyt;
  • Petroelectrosbyt;
  • Kherson energy sales;
  • Zhytomyr Energy Sales and similar companies.

The important thing is that to pay using a personal account, you can only use the Internet, since each company has its own server, on which you need to register using your personal account login and password, then log in to the system using the specified parameters, and then simply follow system prompts. As a rule, a couple of movements are enough and the payment will be processed.
Paying the bill is thus much easier and faster and the funds will be credited to the account in the shortest possible time, even if there is a debt.

Advantages of paying for electricity on the Internet

Having a personal account on the Internet, for example, on the website of your bank or simply having a credit card, you can use various payment methods, and this has a number of advantages.

Namely:

  1. Payments for utilities can be made at any time of the day or night.
  2. You won’t need to take time off from work to make payments, since you can even enable autopayment and the debit will be done automatically.
  3. No need to go to an ATM to withdraw money.
  4. There is no need to stand in a long line at the post office or savings bank.

Now there are such innovations as a terminal, a Qiwi wallet and not only that, which allows you to pay for electricity, water and even gas, and this can be done with virtually no commission.

Where can I pay for electricity using a personal account?

You can pay for electricity with a bank card not only on the Internet, but also in the bank branch itself.

It could be:

  • Sberbank;
  • Oschadbank;
  • Privat24 bank;
  • Ukraine Bank;
  • ERIP bank;
  • RKS Bank and more.

To pay for electricity at a bank, you need to use a receipt that contains not only your personal account number, but also the details of the company that will receive the payment. In turn, bank employees must provide the client with a check, after which all data, both the payer himself and the information from the receipt, is checked. Next, you need to sign the check and receive part of it, which confirms payment.

Energy meter readings are written off:

  • On one's own;
  • Automatically;
  • With the help of specialists from the energy company.

Nowadays, it is quite rare to find that the meters are either not sealed or are located outside the home, and therefore, basically, the data is written off independently, and when paying, it is compared with the company’s indicators. If there are discrepancies, control data reconciliations can be carried out by a housing and communal services specialist visiting their clients.

How to quickly pay for electricity via the Internet

Paying for electricity by meter is not at all difficult, and now everything can be done online from various cards. Many people take advantage of these opportunities, but before carrying out the process, it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the basic rules so as not to send funds to the wrong place and then search for them. Initially, you need to create your account on the website of the bank from whose card the payment is made, which will then allow you to open a personal account and carry out all the necessary actions.

To pay for electricity, you need to use a special category “Utility payments” or ERIP. It is not advisable to use an automatic search for personal account data.

If a mobile bank requires you to enter counter data, then to avoid discrepancies, it is advisable to enter the latest information. When paying for the first time, you may need your full name and passport information, which will allow the system to find the necessary details much faster.

As a rule, there are no problems with such payment methods, however, if you have questions, you can contact a special support service, the number of which is always present on the site, or send a letter to the specified email address. Mostly the answer comes quickly and without a long wait. To receive confirmation of payment, you need to save the receipt online, which is usually sent to your email.

How to pay for electricity with a bank card via the Internet

To pay a bill at Petroelectrosbyt for light or heating, you can use a bank card, but you should not forget about security in order to avoid registering a card and personal bank account on third-party sites that can be opened by scammers. It is almost impossible to check whether banking is real, but you just need to follow the recommendations of specialists and those who already use similar services.

It is advisable to make payments at home so that there are no outside witnesses when entering personal data such as a password and login for a card.

You should not make payments on the bank’s website, even if the client is its user, provided that there is no confirmation of login to the site by identifying a phone number. It is not advisable to enter the entire amount at once for the first time. It is advisable to pay 100-200 rubles and wait for them to arrive in your account. It is worth looking at reviews on the Internet about those who are already using a certain service to make sure that it is real, correct, and that the funds always reach the right recipient.

Especially in demand today is a service such as Sberbank online, which is used by people not only in Russia, but also almost all over the world. To make payments through this service, you need to follow the tips below.

Adviсe:

  1. First you need to register in your personal account, for which you will need a bank card number.
  2. Next, the mobile bank connection and agreement are carried out by registering on the website and entering the code that will be sent to your mobile phone.
  3. It is strictly forbidden to transfer the login and password from the site to third parties, which is a security purpose and will protect accounts from fraudsters.

  8. If the list does not contain the name you need, then perhaps it is located below, but in order not to search for it for a long time, you can simply use the search bar. Data is entered into it, and the exact name of the company providing electricity. It is important to remember that even if the search string does not produce a result, you can pay the bill by entering data such as TIN, current account and similar information.
  9. Once all the data has been entered, you need to click on the next button, and the system will prompt you to check the information again. Moreover, if all the information is entered correctly, the company name should be displayed.

Let's look at how to take meter readings and pay the bill using the example of electricity services. Follow the instructions:

To ensure that the site and support staff correctly take into account the fact of your payment, be sure to fill out the “Purpose of payment” column. It must contain your subscriber number or company address, the date of the testimony that is paid (the period “from” and “to”), as well as the amount.

Suppliers

The PetroElectrosbyt online service allows you to pay bills using the subscriber numbers of two service providers at once:

  • JSC "Petersburg Sales Company";
  • JSC Petroelectrosbyt.

In your personal account, you just need to select a subscriber account that is linked to the organization you need. After this, your payment history will open and you can make a new payment.

Commission amount

Online payment is possible without commission. An exception may be types of bank cards that provide for the withdrawal of a commission regardless of the type of service. PetroElectrosbyt itself does not charge additional rubles for the payment procedure.

Regulations for crediting funds

Funds deposited into the subscriber account will appear in your account within 1-5 days. If this does not happen, open the “Support” section of the website and start a chat with the operator. Describe the problem. As a rule, company employees promptly check all received payments and manually update your profile data.

Checking information in your personal account

In your personal account, you can check information about the presence of current debts, penalties, enter meter readings for the selected period, add a new subscriber number, and so on. To do this, log into your account and then select the “Accounts” tab:

Search for payment

The payment site is in the process of improvement, so users often encounter slow addition of payment information to their personal account. If you paid money for one of the services, money was withdrawn from your account, but there is no payment information in your personal account, you can request a payment search.

Registering with Petroelectrosbyt means opening a single personal account in Petroelectrosbyt and at the same time in the St. Petersburg Sales Company. To do this, you do not have to be in St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg), it can be done anywhere where there is Internet.

Why register?

After registration, you will have a personal account on the official website of Petroelectrosbyt, where you can

  • submit current readings of your electric meter,
  • pay for last month’s readings, or make an advance payment to your account in advance, if necessary,
  • see in your personal account readings and payments for the entire time, starting from the moment of registration (the entire payment history), which is much more visual and informative than a stack of paper invoices (although I also save them, just in case).

At one time I had a goal - to learn how to pay for all housing and communal services via the Internet, which I eventually achieved. Before this, you had to collect bills from, sometimes fill out the appropriate forms yourself, and then go to the Petroelectrosbyt office, stand in line and pay. At the same time, some pensioners in line often expressed dissatisfaction if they saw that I was paying several receipts at once. To my surprise, many of them immediately went to pay any receipt as soon as they found it in their mailbox.

Recently, the Petroelectrosbyt website has changed its design several times, each time you have to get used to a new one (not everyone likes it), but in principle, the latest version turned out to be quite convenient, with a modern design.

A new subscriber can be added to your personal account using the following information:

In this way, you can add only one subscriber or, if necessary, several subscribers.

For example, if two subscribers have been added to your Petroelectrosbyt personal account, then it is convenient to first pay for electricity for one apartment and take readings. Then, without leaving your office, click on the small triangle next to the heading “Electricity” (number 10 in Fig. 10), select the second subscriber there, after which we pay and submit readings for another apartment.
