Protein casserole. Protein Recipes

2 packs of low-fat cottage cheese, 200 g each (such as Tevye milkman, Rosagroexport, Ruzz cottage cheese, etc.) in a word, cottage cheese like in the good old days in square (paper) packs,
1 egg,
50 g kefir,
0.5 tsp. soda (quench in lemon juice),
to taste,
flavoring,
1 tbsp. l. corn starch,
1 scoop of oval cocktail (can be either neutral or flavored).

Description and method of preparation:

Very tasty, fluffy, juicy, and most importantly “very protein” casserole :)

If it has some flavor and is sweet, then use less sakhzam and without adding flavoring. I bake in two versions, both turn out the same in consistency, but with neutral prot you can feel the cottage cheese more, and with flavored prot you get more of the taste and aroma of prot. I like both.

This casserole has 75 grams of protein.

So, we separate the white from the yolk. Beat the whites with the addition of several. drops of lemon juice until thick foam. The casserole will be very juicy, soft and will not fall off after baking and cooling.

INGREDIENTS:

cottage cheese 500g.

eggs 4-5 pcs.

sugar 2/3 cup

butter 30g.

Additionally:

butter for greasing the mold

sweet ground crackers

PREPARATION:

To sprinkle the baking dish, I use crushed croutons from a sweet bun - this gives the finished casserole a wonderful crust and taste.

The cottage cheese can be whipped with a blender or passed through a meat grinder - it’s just a matter of taste. It also doesn’t matter what fat content the cottage cheese has. If the cottage cheese is low-fat, you can flavor it with butter. I only buy homemade cottage cheese, and I like there to be no extra whey.

I mix with my hand, sugar, pieces of butter, vanilla. Then I add raisins, pieces of dried apricots and mix again.

Generously grease the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle thickly with breadcrumbs. Pour the curd mixture into the mold. If there are any crackers left, feel free to sprinkle them on top.

Cook in the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes. Then we turn off the multicooker and don’t take out the casserole for about 15 minutes.

- a wonderful dish that can be served at the table for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A multicooker allows you to optimize and simplify the cooking process.

Cottage cheese casseroles can be different: with or without additional ingredients, sweet and salty.

The casserole itself is not a dietary dish. But we will tell you how you can prepare a low-calorie cottage cheese casserole in different models of multicookers, and what additional ingredients you can use.

Recipe for making dietary cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker

To prepare a simple dietary cottage cheese casserole, you will need the following products:

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add salt, vanilla sugar, and sweetener. Beat the mass with a mixer at maximum speed for three minutes until the mass becomes lighter and doubles in size.

Next, rub the low-fat cottage cheese into the same bowl through a fine sieve and pour kefir into it. Add semolina to the same mixture and knead a lumpy, medium-thick dough. The finished dough will need to be transferred to the prepared multicooker bowl. To prepare it for laying out the dough, you need to grease the bottom and walls inside the bowl with vegetable oil.

After the dough has been placed in the bowl, the multicooker can be plugged in, close the lid of the device, and set the baking mode to 140 degrees. The casserole takes 40-45 minutes to prepare.

After the device notifies you that the dish is ready, do not rush to open the lid, leave the casserole for another 10 minutes until hot steam comes out. Then you can open the lid and move the finished casserole onto a dish and serve.

Useful tips when preparing porridge

  • For lovers of sweeter dishes, you can increase the amount of sugar substitute, but you should not get carried away, as its excess can add bitterness to the dish.
  • If you are afraid that the casserole will stick to the Teflon bottom of the bowl, then you can line the inside with baking paper treated with vegetable oil and place the dough on the paper.
  • If the multicooker in the specified mode dries out the dish, then you can select the “Multicook” mode (120 degrees for 50-55 minutes).
  • It must be remembered that the multicooker valve must be in the “Open” position.

And nutritious protein low-fat cottage cheese, from which the casserole is prepared in a slow cooker, is perfectly digestible. But it is precisely this that is the “building material” for building muscle mass.

Therefore, dietary cottage cheese casserole is one of the dishes that is optimally suited for the diet of athletes: squirrel and enzymes many, and there is little fat and lactose.

Thanks to the multicooker, this casserole can become useful low calorie breakfast. It will be enough just to prepare all the necessary products in the evening, put them in the multicooker, and, having chosen the appropriate mode, turn on the timer, which will delay the start.

Culinary use

Quite often, cottage cheese casserole is prepared with additional ingredients that improve its taste, quality, and diversify the dish:

The Dukan system is one of the most effective protein diets. It is based on reducing the amount of carbohydrates. The main part of the diet consists of foods rich in plant and animal proteins. In addition, the system takes into account a lot of physiological characteristics, because the nutritionist has been working on it for decades, constantly improving and modifying the diet. Still, many are not interested in the benefits of the system for the body and easier weight loss. For some, it is very important to lose weight, but at the same time not deny yourself delicious dishes. This is also taken into account in the system, and by adhering to some rules, you can eat interesting and varied. Recipes developed specifically for the system will help you with this, for example, cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker for the Pierre Dukan diet.

Basic rules for preparing cottage cheese casserole according to the diet of Pierre Dukan

If you know a few cooking features, you don’t even have to rely on ready-made recipes, but change your favorite ones so that they are better suited for a weight loss system.
Here are some basic rules:

- Use sugar substitutes.

mmAt all stages of the diet, sugar is a prohibited product. It is one of the most harmful types of carbohydrates for your figure, so even a small amount of it can significantly reduce the rate of weight loss. Still, you don’t have to categorically give up sweets either. Many sweeteners are allowed in the system. Stevia is considered the most useful, because such a substitute is completely natural. If you want to make the casserole as a dessert, add a substitute rather than sugar.

- Use low-fat dairy products.

Ideally, cottage cheese or milk should have 0% fat, but finding such products is not that difficult. For this reason, it is occasionally allowed to prepare a casserole based on dairy products with 1-2% fat content. In addition to the obvious benefits for losing weight, such food also brings additional benefits. It has been proven that low-fat dairy products have a higher calcium content, which will be beneficial not only for overall health, but also for weight loss.

- If possible, add bran.

mmBran is one of the most important products in the Dukan diet. They satiate for a long time, normalize the functioning of the stomach and intestines, and with a protein diet this is very important, because such a diet contains very little plant fiber. A day at different stages of weight loss you need to eat from 1.5 to 3 tablespoons of bran. They do not have a special taste and may even be unpleasant for many, so it is simply ideal if you add fiber to your dishes.

- Avoid animal fats.

The maximum amount you can afford is 1-2% fat in dairy products. All other sources of animal fats should be excluded. For this reason, you should absolutely not add butter to the casserole. It is contraindicated even for lubricating the mold. For this, it is best to use sunflower oil.
Cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker for the Pierre Dukan diet can be an interesting and very tasty dish, the main thing is to follow the previously described rules.

Recipes for cottage cheese casserole according to the diet of Pierre Dukan

Of course, it’s impossible to fit all the available recipes for this dish into one article. Every housewife and follower of the Dukan diet has her own favorite recipe. You can experiment and choose your own cooking method, or you can use ready-made recipes.

This casserole is called strict because it is ideal for any stage of the system, even for Attack, which is characterized by the greatest restrictions in the diet.
To prepare, you will need about half a kilogram of low-fat cottage cheese. You can choose either granular or more liquid (sour cream) type of cottage cheese. Some people use two types of cottage cheese at once to achieve a more uniform consistency.
Cottage cheese must be mixed with 1 spoon of oat bran and 1 spoon of wheat bran. You also need to add baking powder or regular soda to this mixture on the tip of a knife, and a sweetener to taste. Typically, for this amount of cottage cheese, it is recommended to use 9-10 pieces of tablet substitute (it must first be crushed into powder), or 1 tsp of regular powdered stevia.
In a separate bowl, separate the whites and yolks of chicken eggs. For cooking, you only need whites, because the yolks contain too many carbohydrates, which are prohibited at the pumping stage. The whites need to be whipped into a fairly thick foam. To make this easier, it is recommended to add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
After the whites are whipped, they can be mixed with cottage cheese until smooth. Then the mixture is placed in a multicooker bowl and set to the “Baking” mode. The exact cooking time depends on your slow cooker, but it is usually 30-40 minutes.

This kind of cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker for the Dukan diet is no longer suitable for the Attack stage, because his recipe uses starch.
To prepare, you will need approximately 600 g of cottage cheese. You need to carefully choose it. It is best to choose a non-dry product. It's too difficult to make this recipe.
You need to add 3 tablespoons of skim milk powder to the cottage cheese. The percentage of fat in it should not exceed 3 g per 100 g of product. This milk can be found in health food stores. It can also be replaced with whey protein isolate. This product is much easier to find.
You need to add a sweetener to the same mixture. Its quantity is determined depending on your preferences. This also includes 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and vanilla (not vanilla sugar, please note) on the tip of the skin. All this must be carefully moved and left for a while.
At this point we will beat the whites. We will need 4 of them. Very carefully separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites in a well-washed and dry bowl. All this is done to make the foam thicker and stronger. You can add a very small amount of salt to the proteins.
When the proteins transform into foam, very thick and strong, they can be mixed with cottage cheese. This is best done using a blender or mixer. The finished mixture is placed in a baking dish and then in a slow cooker. In the “Baking” mode, it must be cooked for at least 40 minutes. In some cases it may take 50 minutes.

Again, such a cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker is not suitable for Attack. The Dukan diet has very strict rules at this stage, so when preparing dishes you need to be careful about the selection of products.
The basis of this casserole is coconut flakes. Choose here, which does not contain dyes or sugar. Coconut flakes already have a pleasant taste that does not need to be supplemented with cloying sweetness.
For preparation you will need approximately 3-4 full tablespoons of shavings and 400 g of low-fat cottage cheese. They need to be mixed, and then add 4 more egg yolks, 100 g of skim milk and a sweetener to taste. All this is thoroughly mixed in a blend.
Separately, you need to beat the whites. Use well-washed and dry dishes for this. The foam from the proteins should be thick and strong, only after that it can be mixed with the curd mass.
Then everything is according to the standard. Pour the mixture into the mold, set to “Baking” or “Baking” mode for 30-40 minutes. After that, check the casserole. If it is still not ready, it is recommended to leave it in the slow cooker for another 10 minutes.
Judging by the recipes, one can understand that the Dukan diet cannot be considered one of the most complex and strict. Only cottage cheese casserole, prepared according to a special recipe, can add variety to your diet.

A post-workout protein shake is a classic. But you can use protein powder in other ways. Why should you use it for your culinary experiments? Yes, here's why:

  • It's delicious. Just one scoop of protein in chocolate, vanilla, berry or your favorite flavor will turn boring morning oatmeal into a delicious, nutritious dessert.
  • This is useful. A spoon or two of protein powder will enrich your culinary masterpiece with protein - and you already know why you need it.
  • It's low in calories. If you're adding protein to baked goods or desserts, you can skip the sugar because the powder itself contains sweeteners, which are often non-caloric. In addition, due to its binding properties, protein can partially replace flour, and as a result, your dish will have less carbohydrates and more protein.

Whey protein is considered the most versatile protein, and it is most often used in cooking. However, egg, soy or multi-ingredient are also great. But beef, due to its specific color, is considered not the best option. And its cost is often higher than that of other protein mixtures - it’s unlikely that anyone will want to spend such a product on kitchen experiments.

Style Summary

When preparing protein dishes, it is very important to mix the ingredients thoroughly, otherwise the protein will curdle and you will get unappetizing hard lumps - even more unpleasant than in kindergarten semolina porridge. If your protein is not too sweet, you can use various sweeteners when cooking. Regular sugar will also do, but in this case, do not forget to adjust the KBJU - the same goes for honey, fructose or sorbitol.
