- a piece of fairly dense fabric matching the color of the zipper (for example, felt or crepe);
- pearl bead;
- small safety pin;
- scissors;
- thread with a needle;
- glue gun;
- lighter or candle.
How to make a flower out of lightning?
- Separate the zipper into halves. Cut one part into segments about 6 cm long.
- We scorch the ends of each part with fire so that the zipper fabric does not unravel. Each segment is the basis for a flower petal. We sew it with small stitches and perform easy assembly.
- By pulling the ends of the thread, we get a curved flower petal. We make the remaining petals in the same way. Sequentially sew the resulting petals so that one covers the other half.
- The result is a long strip consisting of petals. We fold the strip into a circle and carefully sew it together.
- For further work, we need the second half of the fastener, which we sew entirely at the bottom.
- We twist the stitched part of the zipper into a spiral, stitching every centimeter. Once the spiral is made, we make a securing seam.
- We take a prepared piece of fabric and mark a circle on it, the diameter of which is 5.5 centimeters. Attach a pin to the circle of fabric. To do this, fold the circle in half and, attaching a pin, make small cuts on both sides of the pin.
- Now we insert the sharp part of the pin into one cut, and the head into another cut. Thus, we made a brooch mount. To make the pin invisible, cut out a small strip from the same fabric and carefully glue it using a glue gun. If there is no glue gun available, it is quite possible to sew on a strip of fabric.
- We glue the flower onto the base, but it is quite possible to sew it on. Glue a spiral on top.
- Sew a bead in the center of the bud.

We intertwine these bundles with each other - just we throw them over each other. But we throw it so that the bend is graceful and soft - so that in the bend the jagged lines of each zipper in the bundle move slightly apart - so that each line leads its own gentle, smooth pattern.

How to make a lightning flower with your own hands. A creative approach makes it possible to take a different look at ordinary things and create unique decorative items or accessories from them. A non-standard solution using zippers and fasteners made it possible to create such beautiful flowers. Let's start with the simplest option
We will need:
- zipper (clasp)

First, divide the zipper into two parts. Next, we pass the thread along the entire zipper, as shown in photo 1. Then assemble the flower, forming an assembly - you have the middle of the flower. Sew the second part of the zipper and wrap it around the middle of the flower, tighten the second part more loosely. Sew a bead into the center. How to make a lightning flower with your own hands - a more complex option
