Blood Elf (Blood Elf). Blood elves (Warcraft) What is the name of the lord of the blood elves of WWII

Blood elves(eng. Blood elves) or Sin"dorai(English Sin "dorei) - a race formed from the high elves of Quel'talas, most of whom were destroyed by the Scourge during the Third War. In honor of their fallen brethren, the survivors named themselves blood elves or Sin'dorei, which means "children of the blood" in the Thalassian language.

The blood elves of Silvermoon joined the Horde ahead of the Burning Legion's new attack on Azeroth. When their prince Kael'thas went to Outland in search of a new source of magical power, Lor'themar Theron became the temporary ruler, under whose leadership and with the help of the Forsaken the blood elves were able to oust the Scourge from the lands of their kingdom. Later, the true intentions of Kael'thas, who tried to summon Kil'jaeden to Azeroth, were revealed, and the former subjects abandoned the prince. In the absence of an official leader, Silvermoon is ruled by Lor'themar Theron, Halduron Lightwing and Supreme Master Rommath.

Story

Ten thousand years before the Third War, when Queen Azshara ruled the night elves, an elite caste of mages known as the Highborne existed among the elven people and had direct access to the Well of Eternity. During the War of the Ancients, most of them were loyal to Queen Azshara, but others realized the short-lived alliance with the Burning Legion and joined the rest of the night elves.

After the Great Schism, most of the Highborne left Kalimdor and settled on the eastern continent. There they founded the kingdom of Quel'Talas and began to call themselves high elves. They also created the Sunwell and switched to a daytime existence instead of a nighttime one. Gradually, their skin lost the purple color of the night elves and became more like human ones.

During the Third War, Prince Arthas led his undead army against them, destroying Quel'Thalas and desecrating the Sunwell. Most of what remained was burned by the elves themselves to give the Scourge a psychological victory (and to protect the survivors from persecution and complete extermination). Almost 90% of the high elf population was destroyed in the conflict. In memory of their fallen brethren, most of the survivors renamed themselves the Blood Elves and vowed to avenge the dead. Once again cut off from the source of magical power, the blood elves began to suffer from a lack of magic. the help of the Nagas after the war was considered by the Alliance as a betrayal and they were sentenced to death.

Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider led the Blood Elves into freedom, into the deserted territories of Outland, the remains of the world of Draenor, and swore allegiance to Illidan, who promised to give him a new source of magic by taking energy from the demons. Together with the nagas, Illidan led the elves to capture Outland, also gaining the friendship of the almost destroyed Draenei. Then the elves and Illidan attacked the ice mountain of the King of the Dead to destroy him. But their plans were thwarted by Arthas, who severely wounded Illidan, which caused the retreat of the naga and blood elves; Arthas then merged with the King of the Dead, becoming one. being.

But not all the blood elves are in Outland with Illidan - some remain in Azeroth. Having learned to draw magic from creatures born in the Twisting Nether, they were able to reclaim their beloved lands of Quel'Thalas. Silvermoon City was rebuilt, and the local elves dream of returning to Outland to reunite with Quel and achieve the golden future promised to them.

Unfortunately, Kael'thas's decision to accept the help of the naga and use demon magic makes them enemies of the Alliance. Therefore, the blood elves in Azeroth asked the Horde for help to reach Outland. The orcs and tauren sympathize with the blood elves, who depend on the magic of demons. The trolls, being ancient enemies all the elves of Azeroth look at them with suspicion. The Forsaken worked closely with the blood elves to clear the territory of the former Lordaeron from the Scourge, but the elves still do not trust the undead. Lor "Temar Theron" was Sylvanas's main assistant during the Second Battle of Quel'Thalas. and many Forsaken and blood elves come from that battle and have established transport devices between Silvermoon and Undercity to quickly travel between the two cities.

However, not everything was so simple. The blood elves who remained in Silvermoon suffered from a lack of magic caused by the explosion of the Sunwell. The restoration of the city was slow, and the trolls realized that their main enemy had weakened and intensified their attacks. It was then that a messenger arrived from Prince Kel, who spoke about the bright future of Kel'Talas and taught his brothers to steal the magic of other creatures. This greatly accelerated the restoration of Silvermoon and contributed to the expulsion of the Amani trolls from the forests of the Eternal Song.

Appearance

On average, sin "dorei are slightly taller than humans and much thinner in bone. Most of them have chiseled, regular facial features. Quel" Dorean heritage is expressed in light skin and golden hair, although among the sin "dorei there are elves with unnaturally white and unexpectedly dark complexion - this is all the influence of the demonic energy used; hair color varies from black to red and light shades.

If the high elves have bright eyes of blue, emerald and violet shades, then the sin'dorei's irises always glow poisonous green. The more often they resort to demonic magic, the more saturated this shade is.

Magic addiction

Both high elves and blood elves, regardless of class, status or origin, have a fascination with magic and have some need for it. But, unlike the Quel'Dorei, all Sin'Dorei take away magical power from other creatures (especially demons, the most attractive sources of power). Having tried this once, the elf is no longer able to return to the meager energy of the artifacts. There has never been a case where a sin'dorei became a high elf again.

If a blood elf allows his lust to overcome his mind, he is irrevocably transformed into a Wretched - a maddened creature only vaguely resembling his former self, driven only by the desire for magic.

Culture

By their behavior and manner of dressing, blood elves emphasize that they and the high elves are completely different nations. Sindorei prefer red and black robes with witchcraft symbols; they wear bizarre or provocative hairstyles, thereby going against the norms of the harmonious and reserved society of the high elves. Numerous earrings and body designs are not uncommon among blood elves: runes are applied to the skin as a means of protection against demons or simply as decoration. However, when the need arises to visit an Alliance city, blood elves often change their appearance to a more respectable one in order to pass for Kveldorei.

Most blood elves focus on learning demonic and fire magic, as opposed to the traditional water and ice spells of high elven society. But recently, more and more residents of Quel'Talas are beginning to practice secret magic, which is much more useful in everyday life than flames and demons.

Blood elf architecture is a wonderful mixture of curves and columns, their designs are natural, flowering, flowing, animalistic. Their fountains seem to transcend the boundaries of natural laws, creating and bending water into impossible shapes. The blood elf flags represent a phoenix, as these creatures seem to have a deep connection with the blood elves.

Tensions after the Second War increased into burning hatreds. The high elves officially left the Alliance, believing that the Alliance could prevent the destruction of Quel'Thalas by the orcs. During the Third War, the Alliance did nothing to prevent another destruction of Quel'Thalas by Arthas. In the end, Lord Garithos and his racist behavior towards the elves was the last straw in the cup of patience, and Kael'thas realized that the fate of his people was not with the Alliance.

As a result, blood elves are zealous ultra-patriots, believing that they can only trust themselves. Unlike their ancestors, blood elves do not behave calculatingly and calmly; they make quick decisions and don't care about the consequences. They believe that power should not be earned, but rather taken. Power must be manipulated for one's own benefit and for the benefit of all blood elves.

Most blood elves are not crazy or evil - they simply use fire against fire. The most powerful blood elf spellcasters have truly gone mad, as this magic corrupts.

As for everyday life, the blood elves use their magical abilities here too - enchanted brooms fly around their houses, which themselves sweep and throw away garbage, patrol golems roam around the elven capital of the Silver Moon, tall buildings moving platforms fly along which you can get to any floor very quickly and without wasting effort on tiring climbs of stairs.

This faction consists of the former High Elves of Quel'Thalas, who suffered numerous losses in the fight against the Scourge during the Third War.

High Elf civilization - seven thousand years old

The light magical kingdom lived peacefully in the depths of the forests of northern Lordaeron. But five years ago, the dead Scourge invaded Quel'Thalas and the peaceful life of the elves was disrupted once and for all. Led by the evil death knight Arthas, the Scourge destroyed the mystical Sunwell, thereby taking away from the elves the source of their arcane power. The elves revised a lot in In their relations after bloody conflicts, they united and returned most of their native lands, calling themselves “blood elves.” courageous Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider, the blood elves are looking for new sources of mystical magic to protect their lands and are working on methods of fighting the immortal Scourge.

Unlike the traditional water and ice spells of the high elf society, the new means are the study of demonic fire magic. But recently, more and more residents of Quel'Talas are beginning to practice secret magic, which is much more useful in everyday life than flames and demons.

The architecture of the blood elves is a beautiful combination of rounded shapes and columns, their designs are natural, flowering, flowing, animal. They have learned to control the fluidity of water, the shape of their fountains is not consistent with our concepts of physics, it is something inexplicable. The blood elf flags represent a phoenix, as these creatures seem to have a deep connection with the blood elves.

Even the Second War became a boiling point, the cause of strife and colossal hatred of the enemy. The high elves officially left the Alliance, believing that the Alliance could prevent the destruction of Quel'Thalas by the orcs. But even during the Third War, the Alliance did not lift a finger to prevent another destruction of Quel'Thalas by the hated Arthas. Lord Garritos showed his true colors as a racist and Kael'thas realized that the fate of his people was not with the Alliance.

As a result, blood elves are zealous ultra-patriots, believing that they can only trust themselves. Unlike their ancestors, blood elves do not behave calculatingly and calmly; they make quick decisions and don't care about the consequences. They consider the best argument in conflicts and even with a hint of conflict to be force. Force should be manipulated for oneself and for the benefit of all blood elves.

Most blood elves are not crazy or evil - they simply use fire against fire. The most powerful spellcasters from the ranks of the blood elves are indeed a little out of their minds, such as side effects abuse of magic.

And in everyday life, blood elves love to use magic - enchanted brooms fly around their houses, which themselves sweep and throw away garbage, patrol golems roam around the elven capital of the Silver Moon, moving platforms fly around tall buildings, on which you can very quickly and without excessive physical effort, bypassing the stairs to get to any floor.

Background

Ten thousand years before the Third War, during the reign of the Night Elf queen Azshara, among the elven people there was an elite sect of mages called the Highborne, who worked directly with the Well of Eternity. During the War of the Ancients, most of them were loyal to Queen Azshara, but a small group realized that an alliance with the Burning Legion was dangerous and fled to join the Kaldorei Confrontation. But their plans were thwarted by Arthas, who severely wounded Illidan, which caused the retreat of the nagas and blood elves; Arthas then merged with the Lich King, becoming a single being.

This greatly accelerated the restoration of Silvermoon and contributed to the destruction of the Amani trolls from the forests of the Eternal Song.

After the Third War, Quel'Thalas took a long time to recover from his wounds. Half of the Eternal Song began to be called the Ghostlands, continuing to be poisoned by the remnants of the Scourge. The Path of the Dead tore apart the once majestic Silvermoon. We will tell you the history of the blood elves, so difficult and incredible.

It was at the moment of the destruction of the Sunwell and the murder of Anasterian Sunstrider that Arthas Menethil made the hanging elves a people without a country. Many died during the Scourge invasion, and most of the survivors turned their backs on their lineage's past. Prince Kel'Tas Sunstrider, the titular ruler, proclaimed that they are now completely different creatures. Their troubles are gone forever.

Prince Kel"Tas the Sunstrider

We must leave our suffering behind. We have to start new chapter! And so, I tell you, from this day forward we are no longer high elves! In memory of the blood shed in our kingdom, in memory of the sacrifice of our brothers and sisters, our parents and our children, in honor of Anasterian... from this day on we will bear the name of our royal family! From this day on, we are Sin"dorai! In the name of Kel"Talas!

But the blood elves did not appear out of nowhere. Many years and many decisions led to the moment when most of the survivors in Quel'Thalas accepted a new name, a new destiny.

Years of Peace

After the end of the Troll Wars, a kind of autumn, an age of peace, began in Quel'Thalas (known as the Land of Eternal Spring). The elves negotiated with the neighboring race of people and established a common border between their domains. When people split into seven kingdoms, Silvermoon came to an agreement with both Lordaeron and Dalaran. Their connections with Dalaran became close - magisters from Silvermoon often went to Dalaran to work, study and teach the arcane arts along with the people who received this knowledge from them. Thus, the magisters of Silvermoon continued to participate. into the events of this world and had great influence in the Kirin Tor of Dalaran and the secret Guardians of Tirisfal.

And this went on for thousands of years. The trolls occasionally raided Eversong from their fortress city of Zul'Aman, but without the support of Zandalar and without a skilled warlord, they posed little threat. The high elves were wary of humans, but still noted that the human kingdoms did not show aggression towards their kind. Dalaran was an ally of sorts, both countries striving to keep arcane magic under control and prevent demons from becoming a threat. It wasn't ideal, but it was quite acceptable for the Qel'dorei.

And again the war

When the Dark Portal opened and the Orc Horde poured into Stormwind, Silvermoon simply “shrugged.” The fall of the kingdom of men was not of great concern to the high elves, and Anasterian simply saw no reason to worry.

The High Elves became embroiled in the Alliance of Lordaeron and took part in the Second War for two reasons. First, Anduin Lothar, the last blood descendant of Thoradin and protector of the remnants of Stormwind, arrived in Lordaeron and convinced Terenas that the Horde was a great danger, and all humanity must unite to fight. Terenas managed to unite the disparate peoples of people (albeit without much enthusiasm from Gilneas and Stromgarde), but Lothar also turned to Anasterian. And he simply could not ignore Lothar, because he vowed to one day pay tribute to Thoradin, who supported him and his people in the war against the Amani.

The high elves saw this as a chance to repay an ancient debt, and sent a token portion of the army south to aid the Alliance. However, some of them saw things differently. The daughter of Lyresa Windrunner, Alleria expected to become the leader of the rangers after her mother, although she did not want the title. Instead, she led her Travelers to Southshore to aid the Alliance, for she saw the Horde as a far greater threat than her people. And her intuition did not let her down.

Lyresa Windrunner, former leader of the Silvermoon Rangers, had four children - three daughters and a son. They were part of the Windrunner clan, a powerful, legendary family in Quel'dorai that traced its origins back to the very first Ranger leader, Talanas Windrunner. Lyresa retired and was taken over by Sylvanas, her middle child, as Alleria resigned her position. While Alleria fought together with the humans in the south, Sylvanas ruling the Travelers in Silvermoon and Vereesa in training, the Amani and their new Horde allies attacked and burned much of the borderlands of Quel'Thalas. The mother, her son Lirath and eighteen other clan members died.

Everything comes to an end

Alleria took her mother's bow, Tas'dora, and went to kill the orcs, thirsting for revenge for everything she had lost. Sylvanas took the mantle, and with it the title of leader of the rangers. Vereesa began to work closely with Alliance agents, met with the magician Ronin, and in the end finally alienated from her people. At that time, no one realized how much the loss of the Windrunners would change the entire nation. Tas'dora served to protect Quel'Thalas for several generations, but now it is lost along with Alleria itself on the other side of the Dark Portal.

Sylvanas was forced to lead the Travelers alone, without her mother's bow and without her help, and now she has also lost her sister. But she did not give up and began to conscientiously fulfill the duties assigned to her. But after the Second War, the high elves were finally freed from their debt to people and no longer wanted to deal with external countries and their problems.

The elves closed the gates of Quel'Thalas and sealed its borders shortly after the Second War. The Windrunner clan, which always defended Silvermoon, thinned out significantly and lost its former power. Sylvanas herself was very open, unlike her king. Once she even argued with Prince Quel'thas , so that Nathanos Marris could join the ranks of her Pathfinders. Marris became the first and only Human ranger commander, a sign that the Windrunners did not judge a book by its cover.

If Anasterian had paid more attention to the outside world, he might have survived. The high elves ignored the events in Lordaeron, even when their closest neighbors were engulfed by the Cult of the Damned and the necromancer Kel'Thuzad.

March of the Scourge

Before the elves realized what was happening, Lordaeron had fallen, and their prince had become a madman, a savage monster who wanted the destruction of his own people. He soon sent his vast army of the dead north and marched towards Silvermoon. Sylvanas and the Travelers put up tremendous resistance, despite such an unequal battle. However, due to internal betrayal, they ultimately failed, and with them the entire kingdom. Quel'Thalas, torn in half by the Scourge, the Sunwell, corrupted and almost destroyed, most of the population dead - the high elves almost ceased to exist.

Prince Kael "Tas, returning from Dalaran, saw a nation that no longer existed, a people barely making ends meet. His statement was harsh, but for those who survived the Scourge invasion, this was the only true path. Addicted to the Sunwell, many of them suffered painfully from the lack of his life force, like their ancestors thousands of years ago, not all high elves left their identities in the past - for example, Briar Windrunner retained the name and would eventually lead those who could not so easily abandon their history. For many, only rebirth into blood children helped them survive those terrible, difficult times.

Today, both high elves and blood elves live side by side in Azeroth, and even speak to each other from time to time. Will they ever reunite? It seems that their feuds will continue as long as some are loyal to the Horde and others to the Alliance.

Ten thousand years ago, during the reign of the night elf queen Azshara, there existed an elite caste of spellcasters known as the Highborne. They dabbled in magic that other night elves considered alien, and drew their power from. Loyal to the queen, the Highborne opened a portal under her leadership, through which the invasion of Azeroth by the demons of the Burning Legion began. Thus began the War of the Ancients. The night elves and their allies were victorious, but most of the Highborne survivors of the war were driven out of Kalimdor and took refuge on the shores of Lordaeron, where they founded their kingdom of Quel'Thalas.

There they created Sunwell and gradually switched to daytime life cycle, their skin became lighter, and they began to call themselves high elves.

Arcane resistance (passive) - reduces the chance of receiving damage from magic by 2%.

Relations with the Horde

After becoming part of the Horde, the blood elves quickly found common language with the orcs (the orcs also used the energy of demons) and the Forsaken (the war with the Scourge). However, trolls, known enemies of all elves, treat them with caution.

Technologies

The architecture of the blood elves consists of unprecedented suspended buildings with a large number of openwork columns and passages. The building designs are graceful and highlight the natural beauty of their kingdom. Many different fountains seem to defy physical laws, showing the incredible play of water jets.

The Art of War

As history shows, the blood elves have been heavily involved in various conflicts, relying mainly on the power of their magic. Most blood elf classes use magic in one way or another. Knights of the blood, although they have the same abilities as the paladins of the Alliance, are completely alien to them in spirit and worldview.

For 7 long millennia, all the high elves stayed at the sacred Sun Well - a magical spring that was created a long time ago from the source of Eternity. The energy of the source fed Quel'Thalas, a huge kingdom of high elves flourished in the forests near Lordaeron.

However, during the Third War, the high elves of Azeroth were almost completely exterminated. The Scourge army, led by the death knight Arthas, broke into Quel'Thalas and almost completely destroyed the kingdom's population. Arthas later used the Sunwell to resurrect the necromancer Kel'Thuzad, thereby desecrating the magical source. Fearing that the well desecrated by Arthas could destroy the remnants of the people, Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider destroyed it. The high elves were able to rid themselves of the dark energy of the Sunwell, but without it they had to suffer. Kael'thas was looking for a new way to help his people, who from now on he began to call the blood elves. Kael'thas traveled to the lands of Outland, where he formed an alliance with one of the renegade demons, Illidan Stormrage. During his journey through Outland, Prince Kael'thas was corrupted by the fel - the dark, dangerous energy of the Burning Legion of Demons and fell under the influence of Kil'jaeden, which Illidan did not even know about.

Finding himself subordinate to the new master, Kael’thas nevertheless returned to Azeroth and intended to bring Kil’jaeden into his world with the help of the Well. But in the end, Kael'thas was killed. After Kil'jaeden's defeat, Velen, a draenei soothsayer, managed to cleanse the Sunwell, making it once again a source of sacred energy. Thus, the blood elves opened a new page in the history of their people. But only time can tell whether the blood elves will be able to avoid repeating their mistakes.

Starting area: Eversong Woods

The blood elves have always called the Woods of Eversong their home, but during the Third War, Arthas cut his way through the heart of Quel'Thalas with fire and sword, leaving an incurable scar on the body of the Woods of Eversong. Now the elves are trying to drive out the undead from their homeland and cleanse the ancient forest of traces of Arthas’ presence.

Capital: Silvermoon

Silvermoon – main city and the capital of the High Elf kingdom was almost completely destroyed ten years ago when the Scourge army invaded. The undead under the command of Prince Arthas have polluted the waters of the Sunwell. But despite everything, the high elves, who now call themselves blood elves, managed to restore their capital. The revival of the Sunwell gave the blood elves faith in the future, and they continued to restore Silvermoon City, hoping to return the capital of Quel'Thalas to its former glory.

Mount: Hawkstriders

When Prince Kael'thas and his followers arrived in the ruined world of Outland, the hawkstriders reminded him of Quel'Thalas. These colorful creatures, renowned for their speed, embody the beauty of the forests of the elven kingdom. Despite all the difficulties, hawkstriders remain devoted assistants to the blood elves.

Leader: Lor'themar Theron, Lord Regent of Quel'Thalas

Lord Regent Lor'themar Theron knows what the blood elves have endured in recent years. After the Scourge army invaded Quel'Thalas, he took charge of the kingdom while Prince Kael'thas was in Outland. When the prince, corrupted by demonic dark energy, returned to the lands of Azeroth to use the elven shrine of the Sunwell for inappropriate purposes, Kael'thas was immediately killed for treason, and Lor'themar took the place of the slain prince. The Sunwell is reborn, and Quel'Thalas lives in peace and tranquility.

Blood Elf Bonuses and Abilities

Blood elves don't have as many bonuses and abilities compared to other races - but they are still a great race for some classes (more on that later):
Enchantment Affinity – bonus to the enchanting profession – 10 units to the skill of this profession;
Magic Flow is a racial ability of the Blood Elves that restores 6% of their mana / 15 units of runic power / 15 units of chi / increases rage by 15 units / 15 units of concentration / energy, and also imposes a negative effect of silence on all enemies, including within a radius of 8 meters for 2 seconds and interrupts their spell casting. If your opponent is another player, silence will be imposed for 3 seconds. Magic Flow can be used once every 2 minutes.

Leveling up the Blood Elf

Blood elves begin their journey in the location - Sunstrider Island, where they level up to level 5. You will be given quests, the purpose of which will be to collect/find/kill. If you have no desire to do quests for the blood elves, level up to level 5 and go level up wherever you would be interested in leveling up. In general, you can leave this location already at level 1, but it’s not a fact that you will be given tasks in other locations...

There is a mailbox on Sunstrider Island, it stands next to where your character appears. So you can send yourself everything you need, or ask friends.

Where to get / learn a profession for a blood elf? Professions can be learned at the starting locations, but the teachers are quite scattered throughout them (so there is no point in describing the location of the teachers) - it is best, after receiving level 5, run along the road to the capital of the Blood Elves - Silvermoon City. There you will find teachers of all professions!

After the Island, you will be sent to level up to the location of the Forest of Eternal Song, where you will level up to level 10.
The quests are the most ordinary, they are easy and simple to complete. You will perform various tasks, as you receive new tasks, you will understand that the Blood Elves have enough problems - the attack of the Scourge and the defeat of the corruption of the lands of the Blood Elves, a lot of your citizens are susceptible to getting used to the energy of the Well, and now that it is gone, they had problems (withdrawals, like drug addicts).

Where to level up Blood Elf

And so, a small list of locations where to upgrade your Elf, depending on his level. At what level - where to go. Attention, I am describing the locations of the Eastern Kingdoms, after all, on this continent you will begin your journey and here it will be easiest for you to move around (as for a novice player).

Level - Location

Levels 1 – 5 – Sunstrider Island, the place where your character comes into this world
5 – 10 – Forests of Eastern Song, in this location is the capital of the Blood Elves – Silvermoon.
10 – 20 – Phantom Lands;
20 – 25 – Hillsbrad Foothills is already a PvP location where you can meet Alliance players and all other locations will also be PvP. How to get to Hillsbrad Foothills is a very interesting question, in the building where the leader of the Blood Elves, Lor'themar Theron (north of Silvermoon City, Palace of the Sunfury), stands, in the back room there is a sphere that teleports you to the Undercity (the capital of the Forsaken) and already It's a stone's throw from the Undercity to the Foothills!;
25 – 30 – Arathi Highlands;
30 – 35 – Inner Earths;
35 – 40 – Western Plaguelands;
40 – 45 — Eastern Plaguelands;

54 – 60 – Blasted lands;
60+ are already Outland locations.

Classes available for Blood Elves

The following classes are available for Blood Elves in WoW:

  • Monk (monk);
  • Warlock (lock);
  • Robber (horn);
  • Warrior (var);
  • Paladin (fallen);
  • Priest (priest);
  • Hunter;
  • Death Knight (DK).

What class and specialization should I choose for a Blood Elf? It's a difficult question. Their racial ability, restoring mana/runic power/energy/rage/concentration/chi energy, is most suitable for healers, yet 6% of mana can play a small role only for a healer, for a damage-dealing class - 15 units of something restored - this is quite small, plus other races playing have much better racial abilities that affect damage.

The same can be applied to tanks; Blood Elves and Taurens have the same tank classes, but the Tauren bonus increases the amount of health, and Elven Blood regenerates resources, so this race is not the best for tanking. Blood elves, for the sake of their bonus, should only be taken by healers. But this is for PvE, but in PvP (player versus player) their silencing is a very good ability! So, if you like PvP, you can take a closer look at this race.

If we talk about the classes that the Blood Elf can take, I think the best one is the paladin Blood Elf healer (healer), because among other races there are no bonuses for paladin healers. Then come the priest and the magician. Specialization mage dark magic(arcanum) you need a lot of mana for spells, so a Blood Elf mage is also not bad, but a Troll would be better.

Blood Elves Facts

The Blood Elf race was introduced in game World of WarCraft in the expansion “The Burning Crusade”, players thought they would introduce Ogres, but they introduced Elves. This race is considered the most beautiful of the Horde! All the other races for this faction are, well, let's say, not entirely humanoid - cows Taurens, lumpy Orcs, gnarled Trolls and small green Goblins. This is why Blood Elves (in the game Blood Elves are often called Blood Elves, from their English name Blood Elf) stand out very much from the general background, one might even say that they are the sexiest race among the Horde! Which is why there are a lot of jokes on the Internet about male Blood Elves as homosexuals, although in fact, they are just metrosexuals.

The racial bonus to , one of the most expensive professions, means that the race can be taken for your main character or twink.

The main capital of Silvermoon is made in the Arabic style, there is a lot of silk, arched doors, a lot of pillows on the floors. And the Elves themselves at the beginning dress in clothes similar to Arab ones. In Silvermoon there is also a Bazaar, various squares, and many spiral staircases in buildings, narrow streets, and their leader lives in a palace! This all only emphasizes the flavor of the Blood Elves.

You can't fly in their starting location, that's why all the screenshots I made have a bottom view, or I tried to climb the tallest building/place.
